What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is from 9:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
Is there a front desk?: There is no front desk. Check-in is self-service.
Do I need to show my passport?: Under Japanese law, guests of foreign nationality without an address in Japan must present a passport, and we must keep a copy. This applies to every such guest in your group.
What is the minimum stay?: The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Can I book a long stay?: Yes. Hamamatsucho can be booked for up to 30 nights.
Is there parking?: Hamamatsucho has no parking. Please use public transport.
How do I check in?: Check in on the tablet next to your door with face recognition. You then receive a door code.
Can we stay with small children?: Yes. Families can stay together in one room. See Appendix 2 of our Terms (Japanese) for child rates.
How many guests can stay?: Hamamatsucho sleeps up to 9 guests.
Are meals included?: Meals are not provided.
Is there laundry?: Yes, the room has a washer and dryer.
